Up & Away Hot Air Balloons Digital Scrapbook Kit Freebie

New to digital scrapbooking? Never downloaded a digital kit before? What in the world are .rar files anyway? Get your answers here: How to Unzip Files So You Can Digi Scrap.

This week spring is in the air in Utah, thank goodness (or at least it was when I wrote this. Now it's been snowing). I hate winter. This has put me in the mood for bright colors, patterns and pretty stuff. I saw a hot air balloon on a card and just needed to do this kit.

I picked a picture of my boys being silly in the backyard for the layout. It was kind of being overwhelmed with color, so I thought I'd turn the photo black and white. While I was trying to do that in my layout, it turned the background black and white and I actually loved the pops of color. It really put the focus back on the photo and those adorable hot air balloons.

Kit Contents: 12 Pattern Papers, 1 Set Hot Air Balloon Stickers, 3 Tags, Eyelets, 2 Labels

PS Now that you've settled in after Easter, don't forget to check out last week's free kit, Easter Egg Hunt, if you haven't already. I know you have Easter pictures you're itching to scrapbook!
